Blacklist
Track hostile players and get automatic alerts when they come online on your world.
Overview
The Blacklist feature lets guild officers add enemy or hostile characters to a watch list. ExivaBOT monitors Tibia’s online player data and keeps two dedicated Discord channels updated in real time — one showing all blacklisted characters, and one showing only those currently online.
How It Works
- Guild officers manage the blacklist from the web dashboard — adding or removing characters with an optional reason.
- ExivaBOT periodically scans your world’s online players and detects when a blacklisted character comes online or goes offline.
- Both Discord channels are refreshed automatically whenever the list changes or an online/offline transition is detected.
Discord Channels
The feature requires two dedicated Discord text channels:

| Online entries | Only blacklisted characters who are currently online |
Both channels are kept clean — ExivaBOT overwrites the messages rather than appending, so the channel always shows the current state.
Managing the Blacklist
Use the web dashboard to:
- Add a character to the blacklist (search by name, optionally add a reason)
- Remove a character from the blacklist
Changes are reflected in both Discord channels immediately.
Setup
Enable Blacklist in the guild dashboard and select or create two text channels — one for all entries and one for online entries. The bot will apply read-only permissions to both channels.
