Core identity commands for linking your Tibia characters to Discord so ExivaBOT can personalise features like Events and Level Changes.

Character Linking

Before using features that depend on your character (like event sign-ups), you need to link your Tibia character to your Discord account. This allows ExivaBOT to verify your character details (name, level, world, vocation) and associate them with your Discord user.

You can link multiple characters to a single Discord account.

How It Works

Use the /iam command with your character name. ExivaBOT fetches your character data from Tibia.com and links it to your Discord account.

If the character is already linked to another Discord user, ExivaBOT will require verification. You’ll receive a verification code and must add it to your character’s comment on Tibia.com, then run /iam again to complete the claim.

Nickname Sync

/link-character ties one of your linked Tibia characters to your Discord nickname in a specific server. Once linked, ExivaBOT automatically updates your nickname whenever that character’s level changes — whether they leveled up or dropped a level after a death — keeping your server display name in sync without any manual effort. This works alongside the Level Changes feature.

The bot requires the Manage Nicknames permission to do this. Discord does not allow bots to change the server owner’s nickname, so that account is excluded.

Run /unlink-character to stop the auto-sync and leave your nickname as-is.
